No minimum order quantity
Order directly from available live inventory in the quantity you need. There is no MOQ for normal wholesale orders. Larger requirements such as 25+, 50+, 100+ units, recurring supply or quantities beyond listed stock can be handled through a bulk inquiry.
Why Certified Pre-Owned instead of simply “used”?
R3CELL Certified Pre-Owned devices are selected, tested, inspected and graded for resale. We combine automated diagnostics with technician inspection and real-world cross-functional checks to look for issues a simple pass/fail test may miss.
How is live pricing calculated?
Our live pricing reflects current wholesale market conditions and can change as the market moves. Pricing is influenced by current carrier-sourced and wholesale acquisition costs, available supply, market demand, model and storage popularity, condition and grade, carrier or lock status, inventory levels, testing and processing costs, and broader resale-market pricing. If carrier-sourced or replacement inventory costs increase, live prices may increase accordingly. Prices may also decrease when acquisition costs or market demand decline.
Do you ship outside the USA / internationally?

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Warranty is offered on eligible tested live inventory. The applicable warranty period is stated on the live inventory listing, product description and final invoice for your order. Warranty terms may vary by product or inventory batch.

Where does the inventory come from?
Our inventory is sourced through established U.S. carrier, trade-in, ITAD, enterprise device recovery, and select surplus and returns channels. Devices are then verified, data wiped, functionally tested, accurately graded, cleaned, and quality controlled before being offered as resale-ready Certified Pre-Owned inventory.
Why not rely on refurbished devices?
Refurbishment can be appropriate when performed correctly, but poor-quality repair work or low-grade aftermarket components can introduce display fitment, color, battery, thermal, component-warning and reliability problems that may lead to more complaints or RMAs. Our Certified Pre-Owned approach prioritizes devices that retain acceptable component condition and pass our inspection standards. Where repair or replacement information is available, we inspect and report the evidence we can verify.
Do you check for component or system warning messages?
Yes. Where supported by the device, we review available component, repair, part-pairing and originality indicators. Devices with unexpected or undisclosed warnings are filtered from our Certified Pre-Owned standard or handled according to their disclosed condition.
What makes your testing different?
A software PASS does not always mean a quality PASS. We go beyond automated diagnostics with hands-on checks for display defects, camera dust or blur, speaker buzzing, microphone behavior during video, charging-port firmness, button feel, abnormal battery drain, overheating, repair quality and other real-world issues.
